Have you ever wondered what gender equality means to you? If there is an equal division of labor in your home, how big is the gender pay gap in your country, or if you’ve ever had trouble choosing a sport, thinking it’s too masculine or feminine? Today, we would like to share with you an interview with Valentina de Vico, project manager of CSCS. She was interviewed for Radio Italia 5, and she dispenses to Italian listeners the main projects on which CSCS works to promote gender equality. In particular: TWOST – Training without stereotypes – aim preventing discrimination and gender inequality among young workers.
